Company structure

Our goal is to actively participate in the urban development not only of interesting localities in the Czech Republic, but also abroad. We do not do development as if on a treadmill, but we carefully think through each of our projects and choose opportunities. We build in places that are visible to people, and we are not afraid of discussions with city representatives. We always add something extra to our buildings, whether it's a work of art in a public space or an entire park. We are convinced that this is the only way we can preserve the value of our projects for future generations.

We are breathing new life into the former lung hospital built in 1917. The original architecture in a new concept gives the building a completely unique character. On an area of 31,500 m2, we are building 135 apartments, 150 parking spaces, a restaurant and a unique spa, an integral part of which will be the restoration of therapeutic procedures focusing on the respiratory system, the musculoskeletal system, and the overall cleansing and regeneration of the body.

On an area of 30,000 m2, we plan to build a timeless complex of 200 apartments for living and recreation, 300 parking spaces and a stylish restaurant. The experience of living in the picturesque village of Povrly under Kozí vrch with a charming view of the Elbe and the surrounding nature will be enhanced by relaxation in a design-unique wellness & spa, which will be built on an area of approximately 5,000 m2.
